Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from VitaJiv, operated by Bioreach Pharma Exports Pvt. Ltd., through our official website, Amazon storefront, marketplaces, and authorized sales channels.

By placing an order with VitaJiv, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across selected serviceable locations within India. International shipping availability, if applicable, shall be displayed separately on the website.

Certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. VitaJiv reserves the right to refuse shipment to locations deemed operationally high-risk or non-serviceable.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, political disruptions, strikes, operational constraints, high seasonal order volume, or regulatory restrictions.

VitaJiv shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

VitaJiv reserves the right to modify shipping charges, introduce free shipping thresholds, or apply handling or convenience fees without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Customers may receive order confirmation notifications, shipment confirmation, and tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Tracking updates are dependent on courier partner systems and may occasionally experience delays.

Address Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, correct phone numbers, landmark details, and PIN codes.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, repeated non-response, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may:

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately or delivered in multiple packages, depending on warehouse availability and logistics optimization. No additional shipping fee shall apply unless explicitly stated.

Delays Outside Company Control

VitaJiv shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
